Method
 

  1. Place the celery stalks upright on a large serving platter to form the bodies of the ghosts.
  2. Use a spoon to spread a small amount of cream cheese onto the top of each celery stalk, creating a ghostly face area.
  3. Cut the black olives into small rounds to serve as eyes, and gently press them into the cream cheese to give each ghost wide, spooky eyes.
  4. Use additional slices of olives or shredded cheese to create tiny mouths for each ghost, pressing or arranging as desired.
  5. Arrange cucumber rounds around the celery stalks as arms or decorations, positioning them to resemble flowing ghostly wisps.
  6. Fill some of the carrot sticks into the base of the celery stalks or around the platter to add vibrant color and enhance the spooky scene.
