Ingredients

  • 1 lye fresh lime juice about 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add the mango chunks, lime juice, honey, and ice cubes into the blender.
  2. Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frosty, about 30-45 seconds.
  3. Stop the blender and check the texture; it should be thick and icy but scoopable.
  4. If needed, add a bit more ice and blend again for a colder, more slushy consistency.
  5. Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the mango slushie into glasses.
  6. Garnish with a small lime wedge or a sprig of mint, if desired, for an extra touch of freshness.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the cool, vibrant flavors.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of coconut milk before blending.
