Method
 

  1. Start by preparing your martini glasses—moisten the rims with lemon juice and press into the green colored sugar for a spooky, sparkling border.
  2. Add vodka, green apple schnapps, fresh lemon juice, and mint syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, then secure the lid tightly.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture feels icy and well chilled, and the outside of the shaker feels cold to the touch.
  5. Place a strainer over the shaker and pour the bright green liquid into the prepared martini glasses, filling them nearly to the brim.
  6. Just before serving, carefully add a small piece of dry ice into each glass to create a foggy, haunting effect. Be sure to handle the dry ice with tongs and avoid ingesting it.

Notes

Ensure dry ice is handled safely, and never ingest dry ice itself. This cocktail is meant for visual impact and fun at Halloween parties.
