- Begin by boiling water in a saucepan, then pour it into a mixing bowl.2 cups boiling water
- Add gelatin powder to the hot water and whisk vigorously until completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes. The mixture should become clear and smooth.2 cups boiling water

- Transfer the filled mold to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is fully set and firm to the touch.
- Once set, gently remove the gelatin from the mold by turning it upside down and pressing along the edges to release the shape carefully.
- Place the brain-shaped Jello on a serving platter. If desired, cut into slices or leave whole for dramatic presentation.
Notes
For added realism, use food coloring to tint the Jello or decorate with edible blood or slime for extra spooky effect.
