- Measure out the milk and pour it into the blender.
- Add the sifted cocoa powder and honey to the blender with the milk.
- Secure the lid and blend on high until the mixture is smooth and the cocoa is fully incorporated, about 30 seconds.
- Add the ice cubes and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Blend again on high for about 1 minute until the mixture is thick, icy, and creamy, with a velvety texture.
- Pause the blender, check the consistency, and add more ice if desired for a thicker slushie. Blend briefly to incorporate.
- Pour the slushie immediately into glasses and serve with a straw or spoon.
Notes
For an extra caffeine boost, stir in a splash of chilled coffee before blending. Adjust the sweetness with more honey if desired. Serve immediately for the best icy texture.
