Method
 

  1. Whisk the chilled heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form, then gently add sugar and vanilla, continuing to whisk until stiff peaks develop and the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  2. Spoon a layer of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each glass to create a crunchy base.
  3. Divide the whipped cream evenly among the glasses and gently spoon it over the graham cracker layer, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
  4. Add another layer of graham cracker crumbs on top of the whipped cream for added crunch and structure.
  5. Spoon the remaining whipped cream over the second layer, smoothing it out for an even surface.
  6. Sprinkle candy corn on top of each parfait, creating a colorful, festive topping that is both eye-catching and sweetly thematic.
